Re-acquainted myself with James Joyce. Always inspiring to see an artist who applies method to their madness.

    Riverdale Recorders

    Saturday, September 26th, 2009

Just finished Riverdale Recorders site.  Scott Frachuk, seems very dedicated to producing the best audio possible.  Friend Mike Park, of Bombchan, recorded his first EP with Scott, and is already getting huge recognition throughout Edmonton, and soon in New York.  Check it out here.

    Fecal Face

    Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009

Fecal Face routinely has a contest every friday, known as, free fridayz.  They come up with a word or phrase, and you’re required to create a piece of art with those words in mind.  Here are a few entries for the phrase “Best film”.  My favorite is the “Big Trouble Little China” one.

    Stereo Submissions

    Monday, September 21st, 2009

Recently submitted some board designs to Stereo Skateboards, as a shot in the dark.  Unfortunately, they weren’t accepted into next year’s line, but they’d like to see some more designs in the future.  The negative side to working as a freelance graphic designer, is that your designs aren’t always accepted and paid for.  That being said, it’s always good to make new connections!  Check out the designs below.

    The Soul’s Imprint

    Sunday, September 20th, 2009

I recently just launched a website for my Mom’s close friend Helen Lee.  She provides mediumship services from Vancouver, B.C.  She’s been a pleasure to work with, I’m hoping I did her website justice.  You can view it here.

    Fashion Logo

    Monday, September 7th, 2009

Here’s a logo I did for my client out in Atlanta.  Her idea was to create logos for up and coming fashion entrepreneurs.  Here are a couple concepts, along with the finished logo.

Wow I’ve been slacking on this blog big time. Sorry for the month of absence.  Been very busy producing some boards to be released next year for Olive.  I’ll be showing off a little preview shortly.  So be sure to check back soon.

For now, I’d like to talk about some previous projects I’ve worked on for one of my favorite clients.  Clearwater Media is one of Canada’s leading independent production companies, specialising in long-form documentary for film and television.  Ok, I may have stolen that from their website, but it’s true!  I’ve had the pleasure of working on some proposals for future projects they hope to work on.  As you can see below, doing the title page is my favorite part.  Here are some to show off.
